Beans And Things Chili


Yield: 12 Servings

4 lb beef, Coarse Ground
1 Tbsp garlic --, Chopped
1 onion --, Chopped
1 Tbsp chili powder
1 tsp red pepper
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp red chili pepper --, Crushed
1 can (10 oz)
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp cumin, Ground
1 tsp salt
1 Tbsp paprika
1 rotel tomatoes

Braise meat until browned. Add garlic and onions and continue
cooking until onions are clear. Add remaining ingredients and cover with
about 2 inches of water. Cook until meat feels heavy on the bottom,
about 2 hours. Makes 12 to 16 servings.

Camp Chili


Yield: 4 Servings

1 cup lentils
3 Tbsp tomato soup powder
2 Tbsp masa (or corn flour)
1 Tbsp chili powder
1 Tbsp onion flakes
1 Tbsp cumin
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp salt
1 clove garlic
4 cup water

Combine all the ingredients and simmer 30 - 45 Min.
